Refund / Return Policy

If there is an issue with the product (design, size or garment flaw), We will reship the product to you at no additional charge.  We require visual confirmation to process all requests. 

Guidelines for visual confirmation:
Please be sure to lay the product on a flat surface in a well-lit area, including the tag and/or product/print flaw clearly displayed. The original shipping label must be placed on top of or next to the issue you are reporting so our team can document and process your request.

3 required elements for visual confirmation image:

• Design clearly seen
• Shirt tag size clearly seen
• Shipping label clearly seen    

If you are not satisfied, and there is no physical issue with the product, you have 30 days from time of receipt to return the product.  1.) Send us an email at support@pathupward.com with the item you are returning.
